Emerald New Homes has been proud to build beautiful single and attached homes for our valued clients since 1988. President and Owner Rob Doel is a certified Master Builder and Real Estate Broker, and has been an avid part of the construction industry since the company’s inception. Our philosophy is to build beautiful residential and recreational homes with quality products at an affordable price, always keeping in mind our homeowners’ unique tastes and desires.

Building attached homes and condominiums in Airdrie, Alberta since founding our company in 1988, we later (in 1997) expanded into beautiful Radium and Invermere, British Columbia, bringing our ability to customize homes for local and recreational homeowners alike with both single and attached home choices. Today we offer multiple home designs to choose from as well as our custom designed projects on both sides of the Rocky Mountains.
