Emerald New Homes was the general contractor on Phase I Timber Rock commercial office space located at 492 Arrow Road in Invermere. Constructed in 2002, the project features:

• Large bay doors at the back of each bay
• Air conditioned
• 99 year prepaid lease with the Government of Canada.

We liked the project so much that Emerald purchased two of the office bays and now have located the Emerald BC office in this location.
