Emerald New Homes—Yesterday
In 1988, we started building multi-family homes in the City of Airdrie, north of Calgary. Our small team of professional trades people was dedicated to building customized homes using only the best quality materials and superior workmanship.
Emerald developed strong relationships with clients, trades people and suppliers and soon the company's reputation grew. Emerald started building in BC's Columbia Valley and began developing residential, recreational and even commercial properties from Radium to Fairmont.

In BC, we have achieved the highest rating with the National Home Warranty Program and are registered with the Home Owners' Protection Office
